Fisher i2P-100
The Fisher i2P-100 Electro-Pneumatic Transducer uses a converter module that converts mA input to a proportional pressure output. Both the current input and pressure output ranges are user-configurable in the field. The converter module uses small components that are very low in mass and symmetrically balanced around the pivot point at the center of mass. This balanced layout reduces the instrument’s sensitivity to vibration, thereby ensuring high performance. The integrated pneumatic relay provides high flow capacity to drive pneumatic control valve/actuator assemblies without the need for additional boosters or positioners. The converter remains stable and accurate when outputting to small volume chambers, such as pneumatic positioners or other pneumatic instruments. Low sensitivity to vibration, high flow capacity, and first-order hysteresis make the i2P-100 converter suitable for direct mounting on control valve/actuator combinations.
Low Air Supply Consumption—The converter consumes less air, thereby reducing operating costs.
– Natural Gas Compatible—The i2P-100 has been tested to operate with natural gas as a gas supply.
– Single Seal Device—The i2P-100 has been tested as a single seal device and meets ANSI/ISA Standard 12.27.01 (Requirements for Process Seals Between Electrical Systems and Flammable or Combustible Process Fluids).
