Series 300/A pilot 302/A paired with AR100 adjustable restrictor for pilot‑operated regulators (APERVAL, APERFLUX, TERVAL). 302/A governs the outlet set‑point; AR100 sets pilot bleed and dynamic response. Service kits include diaphragm pack, seat/valve insert, O‑rings and restrictor seals. Tuning of AR100 should target the manufacturer’s recommended pressure drops at minimum and maximum pilot flows to balance speed and stability. Document final settings on the station datasheet for future maintenance.
