FISHER 67DFR-24 is a direct-operated filter-regulator designed for precise gas pressure control in industrial applications. Manufactured by Emerson, this unit combines filtration and pressure reduction functions in a single compact aluminum body, making it ideal for natural gas, propane, air, nitrogen, and other gaseous media.
The 67DFR-24 features a built-in filter element that removes particulate contaminants from the gas stream, protecting downstream equipment such as pilot-operated controllers and pneumatic instrumentation. It includes an internal relief valve with a soft seat for reliable shutoff with no discernible leakage, ensuring system safety and preventing overpressure conditions.
This regulator has a maximum inlet pressure of 250 psig (17.2 bar) with a 1/2 NPT body connection. The temperature capability ranges from -40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C) with standard NBR seals, and up to 300°F (149°C) with optional FKM (Viton) seals.
