The Sensus Model 243-12 is a large-capacity, spring-loaded, diaphragm-type gas pressure regulator engineered for commercial, industrial, and gas distribution applications. It is widely used with boilers, burners, furnaces, ovens, kilns, engines, and other gas-fired equipment.

- Maximum Inlet Pressure: 125 psig (8.6 bar)
- Outlet Pressure Range: 6.0" – 14.0" W.C. (water column), approximately 0.22–0.51 psig (15–35 mbar)
